Book: Operating Systems with a Java perspective
Back in 2002, I wrote a book on Operating Systems theory with a Java programming perspective. Rather than spending pages on subjects of little relevance for programmers, this book emphasizes subjects like synchronization, memory use, network and distribution. The book is discontinued from the publisher, and I am therefore able to offer the book for free. It is written in Norwegian. Download it from here.
